Shipping policy

  • We write delivery terms in the description of each product.
  • We give a fair and lowest possible cost of delivery of our products. Everybody understands that there can’t be such a thing as free delivery and that it must be included anyway in the price. 
  • For bulk orders (10+ identical units), the cost of goods and delivery is calculated individually. To make such an order, just write to us by mail and we will discuss the conditions and an individual discount for such an order.
  • The delivery period on holiday time sometimes increases to 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the work of postal services, as well as unforeseen circumstances that arise in production during the holiday load of orders. However, we do our best to ensure that every order is processed and shipped on time and that customers are satisfied with their orders.
