Refund policy

We make the most part of our pieces to order. Therefore, we can’t accept easy returns & refunds.  

But at the same time, a full refund is still possible no later than two hours after you placed the order and wrote to us by mail support@verdancys.com or chat with a request to cancel the order. Here, we will issue a refund with no questions. If we receive such a letter later, then we cannot make a return, because the order will already go to work.

We try very hard to make the information about our pieces as complete as possible for you. If you need advice about the product, write us to the chat, to the mail support@verdancys.com or through the feedback form.

Quality Issues

Our store takes care of the quality of the products sold and items. 

If you have received a product of unsatisfactory quality, including defective fabric or stitching, poor quality print, embroidery, size discrepancy of more than 2 inches, then you must write us a letter explaining exactly what concerns you or does not like and clear photos of the product. 

Within 24 hours you will receive an answer to this letter and in case the problem is really present, the item will be replaced with a new one.

 You can complain about a product of inadequate quality no later than 30 days after receiving the parcel. 

What should be in the return letter:

  1. A copy of the final letter regarding the order, which contains information about the date of the order, the buyer, the goods, the cost, and the delivery address.
  2. Full description of the problem with the order
  3. Photos that illustrate the problem

We do not make replacements if it is obvious that the item was used against the rules of recommended use.

A product marked as a sale or final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

We accept claims for goods within 30 days of receipt or, in cases where the goods are lost by the postal operator, 30 days after the estimated date of receipt.
